Cirrus

The shape-shifting sculpture acts as a fourdimensional screen. It tries to unite poetry and data in a physical object. The sculpture is actuated by shape memory wires. The wires can contract and open up the slots by bending the material. A functional prototype was created to test the shape-shift principle. The concept was developed for the Telekom Design Gallery.
